Redecorating Part 3 : Finishing Our Flooring

Ben ripped out our flooring throughout the main level and replaced the carpet and vinyl with wood. It's lovely. It's easy to clean. And I am so happy with it. It took about a month to complete the project but it was well worth it. Everything is open and spacious. We utilize all of our space much more now. It was a lot of work and at times it caused a lot of frustration. Since our front sitting room had never been used before the carpet was in good condition. So I took it to Salt Lake City to be bound and made into a massive area rug and a runner for our hallway. I love it! We are done with our main level now and can move on to other things like the basement and backyard.
