Halloweeen

I had our monthly girls' night at my house in October. Me and my friends had a Halloween party. I copied the same treats as I had a few years ago with some other friends because they were so creative! We had lots of fun playing games and vegging out.

The day before Halloween we carved pumpkins. I did a Jamberry pumpkin! I loved it. Lucy even carved her own pumpkin. On Halloween I took Lucy out to go Trick-Or-Treating around the neighborhood. We were out for a little over an hour. She was Glinda, the good witch of the North. I was Elphaba, the wicked witch of the West. We came home and rested for about 15 minutes and then Lucy and Ben went out for another hour and a half. She did great. She got a ton of candy for a 4 year old!

The sky while Trick-Or-Treating was gorgeous!!!

Lucy's School Parade

Lucy's school had a Halloween Parade. I love her school. Her teachers are brilliant at what they do.

Halloween Carnival at Church

The Young Men and Young Women put on a Halloween Carnival at church. They did an amazing job. There was a great turnout and Lucy had so much fun!

Grantsville's Honey Harvest Festival

At the beginning of October we went to the Honey Festival on the Clark Farm. It's a time for locals to sell their honey. There were booths, food, music, and activities for the kids. I bought leggings and Lucy had a pony ride. I had fun. I love our town.

Ben's Hockey

Ben started playing hockey again. He plays every Saturday evening for a men's leaque in Salt Lake City. He's having a lot of fun and I am so glad. The kids and I went to watch two games. One time was intentional, the other was a last minute thing after Ben broke the car after hitting a coyote. I had to get the kids out of bed and save him. Then we all drove to the game in our PJs. We had fun watching either way.
