Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we had lots of snacks, made a gingerbread house, read the Christmas story, and set out cookies for Santa.

12 Days of Christmas and The Nutcracker

We went to the Tooele City family activity. There we made 12 ornaments to give to someone. Lucy chose her Kindergarten teacher. So for 12 days we dropped off ornaments. Her teacher was so sweet and dropped off a thank you present early on Christmas Eve.

Lucy and I also went to Grantsville High School to see The Nutcracker. She loved it. She was asking questions throughout the whole ballet but has been talking about it ever since.

Christmas Outings

We visited Santa at Soelberg's grocery store in Stansbury. There was no line and Lucy told him all about everything she wanted. The boys did great. Later in the evening we decided to try our first outing to a restaurant with the boys. We went to Red Robin to use my birthday coupon. The boys did fairly well. We then went to Temple Square and City Creek Mall to look at the lights and the fountain show. It was so magical and festive and crowded! We had such a fun day!!!

Her letter said: "Dear Santa, I love you. Please give me another plastic Cinderella for Christmas. Hideaway pet. A Pop-out pet. Love, Lucy"
